Friary Drinks Raspberry Bellini

Friary's Raspberry Bellini is made by using only natural ingredients and is produced using traditional methods. First the finest raspberries are selected and seeped with sugar for many weeks to create an intense sweet and sour raspberry taste. This fruit infusion is then mixed with vodka to create this wonderfully beautiful and drink, which is best served chilled over ice or used to create cocktails.

Cocktail suggestions:

Bellini fizz

First, use either a champagne flute or coupe. Pour Friary's Raspberry Bellini into the glass half way, the top up with chilled Champagne, Prosecco or sparkling wine. Garnish with a raspberry and a mint leaf. Sip.

Raspberry & Apple Muddle

First get a cocktail shaker, add a handful of whole raspberry and a few mint leafs. Muddle/smash the raspberries and mint together , next add ice, 50ml Friary's Raspberry Bellini and 50ml of apple juice. Put the cap on the shaker and shake for 30 secs. Pour, no need to strain, the cocktail into a glass tumbler. Top up with Tonic or lemonade. Enjoy.
