To track your parcel or to apply safe place instructions visit DHL using your unique shipment number which is generated once your order has been processed.
PROOF OF AGE - You must be aged 18 or over to use our service. Our courier will require ID for proof of age if they believe you may be underage, so please have your ID ready.
We endeavour to get your order to you the Next Working Day (if placed by 3 pm Mon-Fri) but please allow up to 3 working days for delivery before contacting us as there may be a slight delay with your order. Times/dates given for delivery are estimates only. If your parcel has split in transit, please allow a further working day for your remaining item/s before getting in contact, it is often scheduled for the next working day.
For damaged parcels please refuse upon delivery if visible. If not visible until unpacking then please get in touch with us via email with your order number & photographic evidence and we will resolve as soon as possible. Please use the same process if you have received the incorrect item/s.
