The General is the name of our mighty, oak vat in which only our best vintage ciders are aged. It is bold and satisfying with notes of Seville orange, plum and baked apple, rich and rewarding with a long, warming finish.
A flavoursome cider, made potent in the oak of Glen Moray whisky cask with a good few lingering tastes to be savoured on the tongue. A gentle whisky flavour intermingles with a subtle, mediumdry cider. This gives way to the distinctive full bodied flavour of oak cask, with final finishing overtones of whisky.
Cheddar Valley is distinctly orange and cloudy in character, it's chock-full of apple flavours like Tremblett's Bitter and Dabinett. Blended to grandfather Stan's own recipe. Matured, Medium dry.
