This Ginger Liqueur has a wonderfully warm and spicy taste bursting with intense ginger flavour. Beautifully balanced with a three year old blended Scotch Whisky. It is creamy and warming as well as fruity on the palate.
At first Rhubarb and Ginger Gin has a delicate sweetness with undertones of rhubarb tartness cutting through, then a slowly rising warmth from the ginger. All finishing with the satisfying dry, crisp taste of till Sisters Dry Gin.
