    Our watercress comes from John Hurd and his family that have been cultivating watercress for over forty years. In 1992 John took the decision to go totally organic.  He was awarded his first ‘Organic Certificate’ in June 1994. John and his family cultivate the watercress in their beds in Warminster, less than 10 miles from our distillery.
