Simply add 50ml of our Elderflower Gin into a glass with and an equal measure of lemonade. Top-up with a generous squeeze fresh lemon juice. Garnish mint leaves. Pour over a large cube of ice and serve. Perfect for those warm spring afternoons together with friends and family

    The lavender is grown at Whitbourne Lavender Farm, a working, family farm on the beautiful Longleat Estate in Wiltshire. In 2014 Whitbourne planted the very first crop of lavender and year by year the acreage continues to increase. They grow the finest English varieties of lavender: Hidcote, Munstead and Havana. English lavender is renowned, not only for its deep colour and fragrance but also for its calming, therapeutic and medicinal qualities.
