Disappointed with the packaging as the 'advent calender " basically has to stay inside the cardboard box its delivered in
Excellent service as usual. Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone today (Tina?) who was very helpful. She explained the shipment delay, and looked up my order to check when it would arrive. It actually arrived 2 minutes after I put the phone down! My phone call was also answered very promptly. Parcel was well wrapped and left where I requested.
