My cider has arrived but is damaged, what should I do? Details
    We're sorry your item/s were damaged. If the damage is visible upon delivery please notify the courier who will get in contact with us so we can get a new one sent to you. If you have opened your box & you've noticed the item is damaged, please keep hold of your item, take pictures & send them to [email protected] referencing your 8-digit order number & delivery postcode. We will then advise of the next steps.
When will my order be delivered? Details
    All orders are delivered the next working day as standard unless otherwise stated, when ordered Monday-Thursday before 4pm. Orders placed before 4pm on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday. We currently do not provide delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank & Public Holidays. Please note that during festive periods there may be a delay of 2-5 working days for delivery.
