Delivery

Question: Do you ship overseas?
Answer:We currently only ship to the UK. Please follow our social media pages for any updates.

Question: My cider has arrived but is damaged, what should I do?
Answer: We're sorry your items were damaged. If the damage is visible upon delivery please notify the courier who will get in contact with us so we can get a new one sent to you. If you have opened your box & you've noticed the item is damaged, please keep hold of your item, take pictures & send them to office@lilleyscider.co.uk referencing your 8-digit order number & delivery postcode. We will then advise of the next steps.

Question: When will my order be delivered?
Answer: All orders are delivered the next working day as standard unless otherwise stated, when ordered Monday-Thursday before 3:30pm. Orders placed before 3:30pm on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday. We currently do not provide delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank & Public Holidays. Please note that during festive periods there may be a delay of 2-5 working days for delivery.

Ordering Process

Question: Are all of your products in stock?
Answer: If the product page shows with 'details' and not 'add to cart' the item is out of stock. If you open the product page for an out of stock item you will be able to set a stock alert and you will be emailed when the product is back in stock.

Question: I can't find what I am looking for. Can you help?
Answer: There is a search bar at the top of the website which will help you to locate what you are looking for. If you are still unable to find what you are looking for please contact us.

Question: Is is possible to buy a gift for someone?
Answer: You can send someone a gift by entering their name and address as the Delivery Address and your own as the Billing Address. Please also note in the special instructions if the order is a gift so we do not include an invoice. Please note we do not offer a gift wrapping service.

Question: What types of payment do you accept?
Answer: You can pay for your order via Credit or Debit Card, PayPal & PayPal Express.

Product Information

Question: What are Bag in Box ciders?
Answer: The boxes contain a plastic bag with integral tap, the bag collapses in on itself when the cider is drawn out, minimising the surface area of the cider coming into contact with the air and oxidising.

Question: What are size Bag in Boxes are available?
Answer: We have 4 sizes of bag in box available - 3L (5.3 pints), 5L (8.8 pints), 10L (17.6 pints) and 20L (35.2 pints).

Question: What are the dimensions of the bag in boxes?
Answer: 20L - L 420mm x H 240mm x W 270mm, 10L - L 330mm x H 188mm x W 195mm, 5L - L 246mm x H 211mm x W 130mm, 3L - L 160mm x H 210mm x W 100mm

Question: Are Lilley's Cider products suitable for vegans?
Answer: Yes, all Lilley's Cider products are suitable for vegans.

Question: Do any of your products contain gluten?
Answer: No, all of our ciders are gluten free.

Question: Do your ciders contain sulphites?
Answer: All of our ciders contain sulphites, which is vital for maintaining freshness.

Question: Do your ciders contain sweeteners?
Answer: Yes, our ciders contain saccharin.

Question: How long will my cider last?
Answer: Our bottled products have at least 12 months best before date. Once opened a bag in box cider has a shelf life of 4 - 6 months.

Question: The cider I have purchased is cloudy, is it safe to drink?
Answer: Yes, the cloudiness is caused by natural yeast during fermentation and will do you no harm. If you find sediment at the bottom of your bottle / box then give it a gentle shake to dissolve.

Question: Which products are sparkling and/or still?
Answer: All bag in box products are still, and most bottled products are sparkling. Please refer to individual products for more information.

Question: Are Lilley's going to release any new flavours/variants?
Answer: Please keep an eye on our social media channels for news and updates.

Question: How can I stock Lilley's in my outlet?
Answer: Please send us an email via our contact form with your name, address and telephone and a member of our team will contact you.

Question: How can I get some POS items for my outlet?
Answer: Please send us an email via our contact form with your name, address and telephone and a member of our team will contact you.

Question: How can I buy or import Lilley's to countries other than the UK?
Answer: Please send us an email via our contact form with your name and country information and a member of our export team with contact you. Please note we are unable to ship outside of Europe at this time.

Question: How do I get in touch regarding fundraising, sponsorship and charitable events?
Answer: Please send an email to office@lilleyscider.co.uk with full information and someone from our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that at this time we currently are only able to donate to local charities within a radius of our site in Frome due to the high volume of requests we receive.

Visiting Us

Question: Do you have an onsite shop?
Answer: Yes, our shop is located on Bunns Lane, Frome, BA11 5ES.

Question: What are the opening hours for Lilley's Cider shop?
Answer: Our shop is open 9am to 5pm 7 days a week (Bank Holidays may vary, please check our social media page / Google for updates).

Question: Is there car parking available?
Answer: Yes, we have a free onsite car park.

Question: Do you do tours of your site?
Answer: No, we do not do tours of our site at the moment.

Question: Are samples of the product available in the shop?
Answer: Yes, we offer small samples of cider if you're looking to try before you buy.
